    On Monday’s Good Morning Arizona, Heidi Goitia checked out “Party on a Bike” at Madison Improvement Club in Tempe. It’s not your traditional spin class. The Party on a Bike class includes wild, high-adrenaline music, disco lights, and glow sticks. Classes even feature a state of the art sound system, DJ booth and laser shows.

    Think of it as a spin studio-turned night club. The high intensity workout will not only get your heart rate up, but will make you feel like you just spent 50 minutes at a dance party.
