    It seems ironic that a fitness center would offer a food-delivery service that encourages its members not to move a muscle. Yet that’s the case with S.E.E.D. Cafe, located in the Madison Improvement Club, which offers yoga and spinning classes at 38th Street and Indian School Road in Phoenix.

    Under the new delivery program, anyone ordering $20 or more from the cafe’s menu of burritos, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads and such can have their sustenance brought right to his or her door.

    There is a healthy nod, however. The breakfast, lunch and dinner menu focuses on good-for-you food and drinks, including raw juice concoctions.
