Rejuvenating Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra:
The first half of the class will consist of a series of long-held, passive floor poses using props, that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The Yin portion of the class will gently prepare you for Yoga Nidra, which is a deeply restorative, sleep based meditation practice. It will release stored tensions, renew vital energy, and increase well-being in both the body and the mind. You’ll leave feeling like you’re floating in a cloud.
