WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MY FIRST TIME?
Look at you being all adventurous n’ stuff! First things first – register for your first class online OR with the app (‘The Madison’ in the App Store or Google Play). You’ll create your personal account, sign our waiver form, and pick a bike, if necessary. Once you get to the studio (15 minutes early, right??), you’ll receive the following:

For your first Party on a Bike class, our front desk will hook you up with a free shoe rental, water, and help set you up on your bike. For your first Phenomenal Flow class, we will get you ready to go with a yoga mat and water before you flow. We offer first timer packages at each location, as well, so please stop by the front desk for more info! All first time classes come with a free high-five.

DO YOUR PACKAGES EXPIRE?
Our regular packages have a year-long expiration from the date of purchase. Please note that, unlike the Twinkie, our first-timer packages expire after 60 days, and any specials we run will have a clearly marked expiration date on the purchase and receipt pages (FYI, Twinkies expire after 30 years).

CAN I CANCEL MY CLASS?
Yes! If you find you can't take class and you cancel 12 hours or more before class, you will not be charged and that credit will remain on your account. However, if you don't cancel 12 hours before, you will lose that class and members will be charged a $15 late-cancel fee. That's a drag. Please don't make us do it.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We really want you to be slap happy with your purchases. So, we’re giving you 30 whole days from the date of purchase to exchange or receive store credit for most merchandise that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt. No refunds will be given. All services purchased (drop-ins, packages, memberships), as well as cycling shoes, yoga mats, accessories, and sale items, are final sale.

WHY SHOULD I USE CYCLING SHOES?
We recommend using cycling shoes during class to help target muscles and make your ride more comfortable overall (plus, you'll look like a pro). If you have your own shoes, please note our bikes are SPD compatible.

DOES MY PACKAGE TRANSFER LOCATIONS?
We are so proud to have spread the Madison Vibe with two, separate locations! While services don’t transfer, we guarantee you’ll get the same ride, same vibe, same conquer-the-world feeling after taking class at both locations.

If you can’t get enough of our Phoenix and Tempe studios, we offer a DUAL STUDIO membership with unlimited yoga, yoga sculpt and Party on a Bike! Offer is only available in-person.

PARKING – LET’S TALK ABOUT IT.
At our Phoenix location, please do not park along 38th Street, in the surrounding neighborhood, or in any lot/areas marked ‘No Madison Parking’ – duh.

At our Tempe location, park in the designated lot south of the studio and pay attention to the posted signs. You can use our parking pass from Monday through Thursday after 5:30pm to park in the Farmer Lot – just make sure it’s visible on your dashboard.

WHAT WAS THE BEST THING BEFORE SLICED BREAD?
Good question – let’s come back to that one…

WHAT’S A ‘POAB?’
Sometimes, we like to abbreviate our signature cycling classes, from Party on a Bike to POAB. Get it? OK, LOL, BRB, TTYL.

IT’S MY FRIEND’S FIRST TIME – CAN YOU ADD THEM TO CLASS?
All new riders will need to create an account for themselves online or with our app. Then, they can register through the scheduling system, or give us a call and we’ll be happy to help!

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO TAKE CLASS?
Students taking class can be anywhere from 14 to 103 years old (sorry, Great Aunt Mable). Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver forms.
